Payback Time for Nokia, Files New Suit Against Apple

Well, what do you know? It seems like it�s going to be a never-ending battle after all for both Nokia and Apple. We got news that Nokia filed another new suit against Apple, this time accusing Apple of infringing seven patents related to operating systems that can multi-tasks. After the ITC judge denied Nokia�s stand last Friday when it ruled out that Apple didn�t violate any of Nokia�s patents, the Finnish company appeared to be significantly upset by the decision. Nokia Vice President for Intellectual Property said, �Our latest ITC filing means we now have 46 Nokia patents in suit against Apple, many filed more than 10 years before Apple made its first iPhone.� Unbelievable isn�t it? So who�s gonna win? Honestly, it doesn�t matter anymore. No doubt that things are getting already too personal for both giant companies.
