How much RAM does iPad 2 have

I looked at the tech specs and other documentation on Apple's website, but I could not find the RAM number of iPad 2 in the tech's specs. How much RAM does the iPad 2 have?Apple never lists the amount of RAM employed in their iOS devices. The rumors are that the new chips require a minimum of double the iPad 1's RAM or 512 MB.
