How to Enable iPad FaceTime video calling over 3G
Apple artificially limits the use of Facetime video calling for the iPad 2 to WiFi use. You can't use FaceTime over 3G network unless jailbreaking. If you have jailbreaked your iPad 2, try the My3G program. It makes iPad possible to FaceTime with the 3G network.
