iPad Displays Enlarged Screen

Somehow my iPad screen had been seted in enlarged mode by my father-in-law. There were only 9 apps enlarged on home page and every thing was blown up. Even I can't scroll from body of screen and get to Setting. It is still no avail after rebooting, You have enabled zoom feature. To unzoom the screen, just double-tap the screen using 3 fingers and scroll down. Then go to settings > Accessibility
