How to Find Mail Recipient Details on iPad

If your recipient has two or more e-mail addresses in the Address Book on your iPad, you need to verify the full e-mail address of the recipient.To find out recipient details in the mail app, just touch and hold the recipient chicklet in the sent message, then an Address Book profile on that person pop up in. You will see the address to which you sent the e-mail showing in blue.
