AirPrint - No Mail Print Icon but Safari and Photo work

I have an HP Photosmart C7200 printer and use Printopia to print via iOS 4.2 and AirPrint. Safari and Photo work fine, but Mail doesn't show a print icon. How to solve the issueGo to the "Reply" curved arrow in Mail. The "Print" command is listed there. If you still don't have AirPrint icon, try to reinstall iOS 4.2.1.
