Movie cannot be played on this iPad

I have converted a movie to a iPad formatted video using HandBrake and I'm going to put the movie on my iPad. So I open iTunes and drag the movie onto the iPad to copy it , then I get the error message:"Movie was not copied to the iPad, because it cannot be played on this iPad."After I click "Make an iPod/Apple TV version" from iTunes' Advanced menu, it appears this message "One or more videos
