iPad takes long time to backup

My iPad have the Zinio application. I noticed that when I backup my iPad, it takes longer than usual. Over 3 hours to backup 8Gb of data. Tried different cables, rebooting the computer, but not working.After turned Zinio's library backup off, the iTunes backup time is reduced.Zinio and Cinexplayer are superlative free apps, but they have huge backup problems. It's horrible shame.
