iTunes time out error during sync iPad

Today I try to update my podcasts while syncing the iPad. iTunes says timed out and it never load them through all at once. How can I fix the timed out error message.Now I finally fixed it. * Close iTunes first.* Just making my iPad out of the unpowered USB 1.1 hub, directly into my USB 2.0 computer port.* Open iTunes again and it works.
