Fastest way to setup 600 iPads

My company has bought a large number of iPads and I have to set up them.Is there an out of the box solution that would involve just turning it on and gathering all the necessary information from an mobileconfig file?All IPads have to connect to computer and be registered. Is there any way to get around this step. Will all iPads be registered to the same Apple ID for I haven't gotten very far with
