iPad battery still showing 100%

I had charged my iPad battery by using the A/C charger. And it was fully charged. But it still show a battery charge of 100% since I used it nearly 2 weeks now. After I disable the WiFi and turned down the brightness, iPad always says "Not Charging". How can I do?Your iPad must use some power. You can run some videos.
