iPad Outlook Web Access (OWA)

My iPad's Safari runs Outlook Web Access (OWA) which is usable but a little bit rough. I can read e-mail and navigate in it. It displays untidily � as Outlook web access does in all browsers that aren't IE.There are some issue with OWA. I can copy text but whenever I hit the paste button nothing happens.
