iPad Bricked Urgent issues

I had forgot my password with my iPad right and was trying to get into it. After asked somebody, I found that I had to delete a little file, so I deleted it and turned off iPad and turned it back on again. But it still went to lock screen.Then I used itunes to do a restore, but it wouldn't finish and iPad got dead. How can I fix the iPad Bricked Urgent issues? Is there a way to flash the device?
