iPad 3G "AT&T is not able to process your request" error

I have the exact problem with iPad 3G. After downloading iTunes 10 and restoring my iPad to 3.2.2, WiFi connection works fine, 3G obviously is not working. So I tried to access my cellular account info and 3G data plan, I got the following error message:"AT&T is not able to process your request. We apologize for any inconvenience.
