iPad reset itself randomly

I have got an iPad 3G two months ago, but the iPad automatically resets itself now. It has reset itself twice in this month. Once I view a video, or put the iPad on its dock. It wipes out all my files entirely and goes back to the original state. Restored from my backup. Not working. Even suddenly the Apple logo appears on a black screen while it is chargering. What caused this problem? Any idea
