Can I upgrade iPad 3G memory?

I own an iPad 3G running slowly. Can I buy memory to upgrade it?Sorry to disappoint that you can't upgrade memory unless void your warranty. I suggest that you can free up lots of space by deleting the unnecessary apps, musics and movies.
